Shipping Policy

Each order will be processed as payment recieved, total lead time would be 5-7days in total usually (Except Client OEM Orders).

Tech Support Policy

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST 

Each Individual Sales Manager would have an individual tech support manager to ensure clients get response within 30minutes.

RMA Policy 

 After contacting sales representative , each replacement equipment will be sent out as same total lead time, Return shipping cost will be covered by C&F CCTV.

All replacement or repaired products for defective RMA items will be shipped to customer by DHL  only. The cost of any expedited shipping option will be the customer’s responsibility. Store Credit  will be issued to client account. If the defective product is not returned in time, the same value amount of credit will be deducted from client account.
